Find the unique dosage of each liquid herbal extract on the label or product webpage. Measure the dosage using the provided dropper/pipette, or a measuring cup. Take directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30 ml of water or juice.

Alternatively, you can add to a glass of water, tea, coffee or other beverage, and consume soon after (while it’s still fresh). Enhance your taste experience by mixing, matching, or diluting the liquids depending on what tastes best for you!

Whilst you can take our powders in water, tea, coffee, or other beverages, we find that our powders are best enjoyed in smoothies, breakfast bowls, oatmeal or other cereals, milk, or yogurt of choice.

Most of our products can be taken at any time of day. There are only a handful of exceptions, such as our Sleep Support products, which are best taken before bed, or Wanderlust Fully Charged, which is best taken in the morning or afternoon.

Wanderlust products are best taken daily, so we generally recommend choosing a time each day that is most convenient for you, as this can make it easier to establish a daily wellness ritual.

Wanderlust products are generally suitable to take long-term. However, we recommend assessing your wellness and supplement regime periodically to ensure your goals are still being addressed.

Our products are formulated to be used both individually and in combination. Many can actually complement each other! We also do not anticipate any challenges with consuming products with one or more of the same ingredients.

We do, however, recommend being mindful when taking multiple Liquid Herbal Extracts as they each contain some alcohol (a natural preservative and solvent used in Traditional Herbal Medicine for centuries!).

Your response to herbal supplements can vary depending on your individual circumstances and needs. Some people may notice an immediate effect, and for others it can take a bit longer. Typically, we recommend consuming for a period of 2-4 weeks before assessing individual suitability.

Our Liquid Herbal Extracts contain alcohol (ethanol) as it helps us create rapidly absorbed, minimally processed, low excipient and 100% plant-derived liquids inspired by Traditional Herbal Medicine.

Did you know that alcohol is both a natural preservative and solvent? Meaning that it not only preserves our liquids, removing the need for additional or synthetic preservatives, but it also extracts the herbal goodness. Alcohol has been used this way in Traditional Herbal Medicine across the globe for centuries!

We certainly understand that alcohol is not suitable for everyone, and we’re happy to report that you’ll easily find an alcohol-free alternative in our other product ranges, including Capsules, Powder & Sachets, Wholefoods & Superfoods, and Sprays. Each of our Liquid Herbal Extracts are unique in their alcohol percentage and daily dosage. We’re more than happy to share each product’s alcohol content converted to standard drinks per daily dose. Simply contact us with the product name(s).

As with anything containing even small amounts of alcohol, it can show up on a breathalyser. To stay on the safe side, we recommend taking your extract(s) at a time of the day that ensures enough time has passed before you need to drive and being especially mindful when combining several liquid herbal extracts.

The Australian Department of Health suggests that it takes approximately 1 hour for the body to process 1 standard drink. To find out the alcohol content of your products converted to standard drinks per daily dose, simply contact us with the product name(s).

Unfortunately, many herbal ingredients in our other products do not currently have sufficient evidence of safety in therapeutic dosages during preconception, pregnancy, and/or breastfeeding.

It’s also important to note that our Liquid Herbal Extracts contain alcohol (as it’s natural preservative and solvent which has been used in Traditional Herbal Medicine for centuries).

Our range of Wholefoods & Superfoods is suitable for people of any age, including persons under the age of 18, and this range includes:

Wanderlust listed medicines are formulated for adults, and therefore we are unable to recommend the use of these medicines in persons under the age of 18.

If you wish to use any of our listed medicines in persons under the age of 18, we recommend discussing this with the person’s primary health care professional first.

If you are currently taking any prescription medications, we recommend consulting with your prescribing healthcare professional for specific advice on the suitability of our product(s) for you. Always read the product label as it contains general warnings regarding the safety of use.

At Wanderlust quality and integrity is at the heart of what we do. Each step of our manufacturing process, from the selection of raw materials to the manufacturing of the finished product, is performed with utmost care. All our products meet stringent quality standards.

All Wanderlust products undergo extensive third-party testing, which occurs at both the raw material and finished product stages. Numerous forms of testing are conducted, including heavy metal, pesticide residue, microbes (total count, mould, bacteria, etc.), foreign matter, identity, PH, assay, total ash, appearance, taste, odour, and many more. All tests must fall within the safe levels regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) before products go to market.

All of our medicines are listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and comply with all the required quality standards and regulations set by the TGA to protect public health and safety.

All Wanderlust products are vegan-friendly and do not contain dairy and eggs.

Most Wanderlust products also do not contain any added soy or gluten. There are only a few exceptions, and this information can be found on the label under the ‘Ingredient’ section and on the product webpage under ‘Health Warnings.’

We would, however, like to advise that our final products are not tested for dairy, soy, gluten, or egg, therefore they are not certified dairy, soy, gluten, and egg free.

We understand that this isn’t an extensive list of allergens, so please contact us if there are any other specific ingredients you need to avoid.

Every ingredient we use is GMO-free. We also have a number of products that contain only 100% organic ingredients, such as our entire Wholefood Mushroom range and Wanderlust Energy Greens.

We also have many products that contain organic active ingredients, such as our Wanderlust Collagen Booster, Wanderlust Prebiotic Gut Goodness, and Wanderlust Woman Kind, to name a few. Please contact us if you would like a more extensive list.

Although we do not currently source 100% organic ingredients and excipients for every product, we can assure you that we are working on it!

We’re proud to say that our entire product range is cruelty-free and 100% vegan! No ingredients are derived from animals, including all active ingredients and excipients. None of our products are tested on animals at any stage in their development.

Whilst we manufacture our products in Australia, we source our premium quality ingredients from around the world based on their availability and supply. Many amazing herbs are not typically grown or harvested in Australia, as they are native to other countries, and thrive best in their natural environment.

Every Liquid Herbal Extract bottle is 100% recyclable, dropper and all, in your curbside recycling bin.

Our powder and capsule packaging is almost completely recyclable. Place the white wadding, black outer seal, and desiccant packets in your landfill bin, and recycle the remaining packaging.

If you’re finding that your dropper/pipette won’t fill up to the 1 mL mark, we suggest double or triple pumping it. This usually works like a charm! If there are still challenges, please contact us for support.

Wanderlust Liquid Herbal Extracts from Farm to Pharmacy:

1. Raw herbal material is sourced from across the globe based on quality and supply, and the therapeutic part of the plant (e.g., seed, herb, root etc.) is harvested.
2. Herbal material is processed (chopped up) and percolated with water and ethanol (alcohol). This method has been used in Traditional Herbal Medicine across the globe for centuries!
3. Once extraction is complete, the solution is pressed, and the extract is filtered to remove any solid plant material, creating a clean liquid.
4. Filtered extract is combined with a touch of natural essential oil and glycerol to enhance taste, smell, and balance out the natural flavour of the herb.
5. Wanderlust Liquid Herbal Extracts are packaged into our signature dropper bottles, labelled, and sent out into the world to support the health and wellness of our consumers.

Here’s a run-down of what to expect in 3 simple steps:
